Andreas S. Savva, Phd

Andreas Savva was born in Limassol Cyprus in 1960. After serviing his small Island Nation as a Sergeant
General in the Cypriot National Guard, he migrated to the United States. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Computer
Science & Mathematics, from Queens Collage of the City University of New York. He continued his post graduated education at Queens
Collage and New York Institute of Technology. A few years later, was awarded a PhD degree from Wesford University. He began his
career at 1986 from the academia as a lecturer at several Technical Collages & Business Schools in New York City. At the same time,
his career in Information technology included consulting assignments with major financial institutions such as NatWest Bank & Fleet
Bank, Major Telecommunications Companies such as MCI & NYNEX. He also worked as a System’s Engineering Manager at the Estee Lauder
group of Companies, and he is currently offering his services as a Senior Project Leader at the IS/Applications Engineering Department
of ABC Television Network. He is the founder and CEO of ARC Technologies. An Information Technology Partnership that started as a small part time company and is rabidly expanding to a global enterprise with satellite offices in New York City, London, UK, and in Cyprus. While building his more than 17 years experience in the IT Industry, he attended or participated in numerous seminars, professional gatherings, and corporate training, where he was certified in many subjects by industry leading companies, such as: Microsoft, IBM, PowerSoft, Oracle, and Sybase. He is a passionate community leader serving on the board of directors of several community, political, and/or charitable organizations, but his zeal of community service also pushed him to serve as a volunteer police officer, patrolling the streets of New York as an NYPD Auxiliary Police officer. Last but not least, he is the Producer and Host of a local weekly Cypriot Radio Show airing in the New York City Tri-State area.
Marios Koumides B.Sc. M.Sc.

Marios Koumides was born in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1978. He receved his first computer experience when he won a Commodore 64 computer and
since then he deals with computers in his everyday life. After his graduation
from high school, he spent two years in the Cyprus National Guard and worked
as computer technician.Later he attended some programming and networking
courses in a college like Visual Basic, C / C++ and Java and accumulated work
experience in different fields of Information Technology. Part of his
experience included two years as a network administrator and webmaster of an
Internet Café and another year in an Internet provider as computer programmer working primarily with C and C++. His experience includes dealing with
many different machine types and operating systems. Mr. Koumides is one
of the founders of the Linux fun club in Nicosia, Cyprus and active
member of the Cyprus Association of Computer Scientists. He later came in Western Michigan University in 1999 to work on his Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Science and graduated in December of 2002. Later he continued
his studies as graduate student in the same University.Finally graduated in
December 2004 with a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science focusing in
Object Oriented Software Development, Databases and Network Administration.
Throughout his studies Mr. Koumides was working in the Processing Department of
Waldo Library in Kalamazoo, MI providing IT support to the library staff. In the
last two years of his studies he was working as contractor for ARC Tech in Astoria
New York. In late December 2004 he moved from Michigan to London, UK where he
currently works as Software Analyst / Consultant for a major financial institute.
Chrisostomos Savva B.A.

Chrysotomos Savva, a native of Limassol, Cyprus is a graduate of LaGuardia Community College,
where he earned his Associate in Applied Scinece degree in Computer Technology with honors.
Chrysostomos is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Society, and a member of the electronic association of cyprus.
His over ten years experience in the IT industry and Office Automation and his excellent
management skills makes him a valuable asset for our partnership.
His responsibilities include managing the Limassol office in Cyprus,
which is responsible for the Balkans, Eastern European Countries, and the Middle East.
