On behalf of the Hellenic Professional Network Committee (Hellenic Organization of University Graduates of America, Inc., Cyprus Federation of America, Inc., Chian Federation, Eptanisian Federation of Greater New York, Pan-Macedonian Association, Pan-Cretan Association of America, Intercollegiate Hellenic Societies) it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in our Annual Career Fair & Job Expo. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2004 at the Chian Federation Cultural Center, located at 44-01 Broadway, Astoria,New York11103, from 5:30 P.M. to10:00 P.M.

Some of the companies that participated in our past exposand helped make the events a huge successare: ABC TV Network (Good Morning America), Aegean Real Estate, AT&T, ARC Technologies, Atlantic Bank, Astoria Federal Savings Bank, Board of Education, MetLife, Creative Financial Staffing, Depository Trust Company, New York State Governor's Office, Johnson & Johnson, New York State Police, NYPD, HELLAS Multimedia, ANTENNA TV & Radio, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Macy's, Manor Healthcare, NIKKEN, omogenia.com, Odyssey, Prudential Securities, Prudential Preferred Financial Services, PepsiCo, P.J. Mechanical, Queens County Bar Association, Social Science Research Council, Telecordia, andtheUS Department of Commerce.

Over a thousand qualified individuals from various educational backgrounds and experience attendedlast event and we expect a greater turnout this year. We also expect to have greater participation from companies, organizations, and governmental entities from all fields and sizes.

Representatives from each company will setup a booth, where they would share with those in attendance the various employment opportunities available. The suggested donation for each booth ranges from $100.00 to $600.00, depending on the size and the location of the booth. We encourage your representatives to bring any type of promotional material and exhibits such as signs, pamphlets, and free giveaways. If desired, space can also be provided for presentations and/or lectures.

Your company has the opportunity to advertise its products and services in a journal that will be published for the Career Fair & Job Expo. The journal will be distributed for free to everyone attending the event. You can download the registration form that must be completed and returned to us by no later than Friday,September 10th, 2004. All companies participating will receive free advertising in the local electronic and print media, as well as a free listing in the journal.
